Yes, just remember that 1 of the equipment should provide clock rate xxxx
(for physical DCE interface) as well as the Frame Relay Interface DCE (don't
really remember the exact syntax, but that's the overall idea) for layer
DCE, also remember to put the same DLCI on both equipment and enable a LMI.
