The inactivity timer and no-llc command are used with dynamic peers. If you
use the inactivity timer, the dynamic peer will disconnect after the time
specified. Note that there may still be active LLC connections which can be
torn down if you use the inactivity option. To remedy this you can use the
no-llc option which will bring down the peer after the time specified after
there have been no LLC connections.
