516-CS Terminal Server

I recently purchased a 516-CS terminal server off of eBay. When it arrived
it booted up fine, but I did not know the password. I followed the password
recovery procedures on CCO and recovered the password just fine. Now when I
boot the box it will not boot unless I go into default mode like I would for
password recovery. Also when I add the loopback interface and bring up the
ethernet interface, sh ip route has no routes in it. Can anyone offer any
help on these two items?
