I have seen these port numbers referenced in connection with DLSW. I know
1981,1982 and 1983 are put in different queues if you use the priority
keyword with dlsw peers. However when I create the access-list the only
match listed with DLSW peers up is the line with 2065 in it.

I suppose we really need to know what the other ports are used for to really
understand what's needed.
