If 172.16.2.0 is a directly connected n/w in ABR ? If yes, this could be the re
ason you don't see
the summary to null, you can verify that the route is summries by examine the n
ext hop router also you can verify by sho ip ospf at ABR.

yes.I want to redistribute this route into IGRP.
I think "172.16.2.0" should appear in this router's
RIB.
The only think I am not sure is the IOS version,I use:
OS (tm) 3600 Software (C3640-JS-M), Version 12.1(2)T,
