I think you may have problem at R4 on route 172.16.53.0, this route will not re
distribute from Ospf to Igrp at R5. You should do manual eigrp summarization at
 R3 to R5 and let
R5 redistribute from Eigrp to igrp as /24. You can remove the summary address a
t R5.
