I use LAT.
On 2 routers acting as end hosts do.
# lat service [name] enable
And on the bridged interfaces do
# lat enable
On each host you can do
# show lat service
And you should see the service name from the other host.
You can also connect to the other router with lat by doing
# lat [name from other router]
It access's a bty port on the router so you need a password set.
