Hey Curtis,
Ive been playing around that for a while and couldnt find clear answer for
this one as well. From all i've done they seem to be redundant commands, at
least they behave that way. Only traffic-rate parameters overrides the
others, if you set them into diff values. But I'd also appreciate other
opinions.
