Henry,

When you use "network" command under OSPF for a
loopback interface, loopback interfaces are seen as
/32 on the route table. To overcome this (for some
reasons such as redistribution into classful
protocols) you may use:

1- "ip ospf network point-to-point" under loopback
interface
2- "area range" to a nearest classful network (/24 or
/16)
3- static route to null0. But in most cases, you're
not authorized to use static routes, so you MAY NOT
use it :)
