Hi,

Can I assume that R8/R7/R5 are running RIP v2 ?
Only R5 is running OSPF, right ?

If the above is true, you are NOT doing any reditrbution from OSPF to RIP based
 on your
routing table of R5/R7.(Ie in R7, yu only see the routes that source from R5 RI
P)

>R7#sh ip Route
>R 170.100.13.0/28 [120/1] via 170.100.42.241, 00:00:01,FastEthernet0/0
>R 170.100.2.0/24 [120/1] via 170.100.42.241, 00:00:01, FastEthernet0/0
>R 170.100.1.0/24 [120/1] via 170.100.42.241, 00:00:01, FastEthernet0/0
