I don't understand what's the purpose of "ip ospf database-filter all out"
and "neighbor database-filter all out" commands. I can see in a stable
network, you don't want to waste bandwidth to send the same LSAs, but what
if somebody do "clear ip ospf process" or reboot the router? Can someone
explains why and when we may want to use them?
Also when I added a new route, the router populate that route to the rest of
areas, is this normal?
Thanks,
Chang
