Preferably I would rely on inverse arp, so why do you make some map
statements from hubs to spoke, spoke to hub and hub to hub, remember to
include the word "broadcast" at the end of the map. if you are doing this
and verified that is correctly configure debug frame packets to check what's
happening, (encapsulation errors, misconfigure map statements) send the
output if you can.
