Hey Guys,

Let me explain. I didn't want to blame anybody. I know that Chuck replied
to him only and he replied to list. But if Chuck haven't said about the NDA
to him and he haven't replied the Chuck's reply to the list, nobody will
know that probably there is a question like that in one of the exams.

Let me tell one thing. I did the lab exam last month. Unfortunately I
didn't pass. Now I am preparing to my next attemp at San Jose on March,
27th. A few days ago one person posted a question here exactly (word by
word) like one that was in my exam. A lot of people answer and nobody
talked about NDA. Now let's imagine if I had posted a message telling
"watch the NDA" to this guy. What would happened ???

My point is:
If nobody knows that a question posted here is present in one of the exams,
there is no NDA violation. Or will anybody here say that all the questions
posted here are different from the ones found at lab exam ?

Just to finish, I would like to say that I AGREE with and respect the NDA.

Regards,
Leonardo.
