Hi, Eric

I'm afraid you're configuring a wrong NET statement here.
Here're some rules about NET.

1. NET must begin with an octet ( 47.xxxx...)
2. NET must end with an single octetset to 00 (...xxxx.00)

So, you have to add N-selector byte "00" to the end like this

router isis
 net 49.0001.1921.6811.1003.00

Just disable router isis and reenable it.

no router isis
router isis
net xx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.00 -> can be any legth up to 20 in total, but this
is effective

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios121/121cgcr/ip_r/ip
rprt2/1rdisis.htm#xtocid493318

Hope this helps.

Jaeheon
