Not sure what version it was added in, but it is there in 5.5(8). Similar
to the router config commands:
(enable) set ntp ?
authentication Enable/disable NTP authentication
broadcastclient Enable/disable NTP Broadcast client
broadcastdelay Set NTP broadcast delay
client Enable/disable NTP client
key Set NTP authentication key
server Set NTP server information
summertime Set summertime
timezone Set time zone
