AFAIK redistribution and network are the only two methods to advertise IGP
(no summary)
 in BGP. You might try aggregate-address without summary only option if
permitting an aggregate along with the specific routes is ok in your
scenario.
That is another way to advertise IGP in BGP.

Would love to hear of other methods or if I've misunderstood,
