Subject: block packets with type 131/137 in IP option field???

hi all,

here's another one that completely stumped me (not that that's
surprisingly difficult to do):

Global Knowledge - ACPC 2 - Prep Lab 1 - 2.1a

2.1a) Do not allow packets through R5 and R3 with type 131 or type 137
set in the options field of the IP packets

(at first i misunderstood this to mean IP protocols 131 and 137, but
that's not what's being asked)

any suggestions are appreciated. also any thoughts on how the solution
could be tested/validated.

thanks in advance,

-tim
