Can I conclude that

router ospf 1
        redistribute eigrp 100 subnets ...

router eigrp 100
        redistribute ospf 1 ...

So we don't need to worry about that

"routes redistributed from eigrp 100 to ospf 1 will not be redistributed
back to eigrp 100"

even if there is no route-map/distribute-list or what's so ever. Unless
there is routing loop, i.e., redistribution at two routers.

Correct me if I am wrong.

There is no route reflection in route redistribution :-)

You need to do full mesh :-)
