OT password for laptop.

Hi group,
             Sorry for intrupting u guys from studying....
My laptop have been locked up with startup bios password, it is a dell
latitude CPX PIII .
what are the ways to remove it if someone have it. i dont want to open it
up.... if it is necessory then i will.
please let me know my docs are sitting in it.
