Simple answer: NLSP and IPX RIP only interface to NLSP.
Slightly more complex: if you need to carry such traffic through
an OSPF, etc., network, use GRE tunnels. That easily could be on the
lab exam.
In fact, you might be faced with using other kinds of tunnel to
carry IPX, such as L2TP or IPSec.
Beyond CCIE scope: The Opaque LSA was developed with, among other
things, using OSPF to distribute Novell information. As Novell moved
more to native IP, no one implmented this and no one is likely to do
so.
Opaque LSAs are extremely useful, however, in things like
communicating between the IP and sub-IP intelligent networks, traffic
engineering, etc.
