Hi,
I don't think this is possible. I recall previous
discussions on how redistribution works, and in those
discussions it was found that only routes in the
routing table (RIB) get redistributed. You can check
the archives for more info.
This makes sense, because if it redistributed routes
that weren't in the RIB then these would get
advertised to other routers with a next-hop back to
this router who doesn't have a route for that network
from OSPF/IGRP/EIGRP/whatever protocol was
redistributed.
