Output on MC3810

Hi all,

I just got an MC3810, just powered it up. After about 3 minutes I am
getting an output:

can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB
can not find voice IDB

It does not stop. It does not let me enter any commands. Any Idea is
greatly appreciated!
