Sorry to drag the thread out even further, but I think everyone is
forgetting the most important point here. Since the conversion of the one
day format, roughly twice as many people are taking it, right? However, the
average amount of people passing the exam has stayed the same. This means
that only about half as many people are passing. It may seem like the
numbers are rising quickly, but the pass percentage has gone down. I'd
really like to see some figures on how many people are in the networking
field, and the percentage of CCIEs among them. Anyone have such figures?
