I believe this is because the body that reported the problems with SNMP was
only using version 1 in it's research. I would not take it to mean that only
version 1 is affected but then I may not be as involved in the issue as
others, and that is my interpretation of what cert.org has released on the
vulnerability.

Also, CERT only says that the problem is with SNMPv1, but Cisco just says
SNMP. Does anyone know whether the vulnerability applies to v2?
