You should be able to use the rolled cable and adapter that says "modem"
that came with the router. That's what I always use.

Subject: RJ-45 AUX port to external 25 pin modem cable question

Gang,

I am trying to find a cable to go from the RJ-45 AUX port on a 2513 router
to a standard external 25 pin modem.

Anyone have any ideas what the cable part# is? Where I can pick one up
cheap?

Thanks,

Paul Andersen
