Fellows

I have 3600 router with asyn modem 16+16 (33.6) and it has IP address
10.1.0.1/16
Pool for RAS clients is range 10.2.0.0-->10.2.0.255
but users are receiving mask 255.0.0.0
but i want to give mask 255.255.0.0
how i can give this mask to any user who connect to router through RAS
