Doc CD issue with WIN2000

To All:

I just upgraded my DOC CD to a OCT 2001 version and now
all I can do is get to the front part of the CD menus.
When I go to the links on the 1st or 2nd window in it
stops accessing the CD drive. I searched the archives
and CCO. I found the usual reg hack for 2000 and made
sure my reg was changed. Deleted the Cisco directory
after uninstalling, rebooted, reinstalled etc. multiple
times now. Tried all the normal stuff. I did this the
first time and it fixed it on another 2000 PC so I
thought no big deal. Wrong.

Anybody have any ideas on what I can check in addition
to the above mentioned things? Other than using Linux or
reinstalling a different Windows version. This is a
business PC so I really can't change the OS.

By the way I just did the same upgrade on my PC with
Windows ME and it works fine. So it must be a 2000 issue
but I am stumped at this point.

Any help would be appreciated.
