DHCP with secondary IP address

Hi Group,

If a secondary IP address is configured on VLAN interface on an MSFC ... is
it possible for remote DHCP servers to lease out IP addresses to clients
connected to this VLAN within the range of the secondary IP address ??? ....
IP helper address was configured and DHCP lease perfectly worked with the
primary IP address on the same VLAN interface .... primary and secondary are
leasing from the same server ....

Got this URL http://www.dhcp-handbook.com/dhcp_faq.html .... from item 23+
but I got lost .... I'm not quite a system guy ....

Just wondering if this scenario does work or how to make it work ...
