Prefer OSPF learned route over EIGRP

Connections b/t R3,R4, R6, R2-R4 tok ring, and R6 tok
ring 200 runs OSPF. R2-R6 eth and R2-R4 F/R Ser runs
EIGRP.

How does one prefer an OSPF learned route over EIGRP?

For example R6's tok ring 200 attached clients would
like to take the path from R6 via R4(running OSPF) to
reach tok ring 100, instead of R6 via R2(running
EIGRP).
