debug ip ospf monitor should show you where the problem is derieved
from.
Chances are you have redistribution issues somewhere.

I have a OSPF demand circuit set up between router 5 and 6. The demand
circuit is running over ISDN. Both routers are in area0.
Show IP OSPF interface BRI0 indicates that it is running as a demand
circuit
and Hello's will be surpresssed. Sho IP OSPF neighbor confirms this.
The
dead intervals are not listed for each neighbor.
The problem is the circuit keeps going up and down. Show dialer
indicates
the reason is 224.0.0.5 is bringing up the line.
Any thoughts ?
