The rule is :
1. On Physical interface it uses dynamic inarp to match directly connected
pvc;s/dlci's to respective ip addresses.
2. On p2p subif's you need to assign a dlci to a subif by using frame-relay
interface-dlci xxx. (remember that any unused dlci's will be mapped to
physical interface)
3. With p2mp subif's you need to specify which dlci will map to which next
hop address with frame-relay map ip
If you have Caslow, read the frame relay chapter on that and that should
clarify the issues surrounding physical interfaces (where/when/how they are
used) and same for p2p & p2mp.
