        Subject: IS-IS over MBNA.....

I was going through Doyle Vol. I and when I got to IS-IS over MBNA he says
that unlike OSPF you cannot change the network types on a frame relay
interface. Therefore they all must use the same interface types. However
when
I tried this I only had success with point-to-point like Doyle suggests.
When
I try to use the physical interface on the hub and spokes or use
multipoint on
hub and spokes the adjacencies never form. Would someone please be able
to
explain to me why it only works when you use point-to-point and not
multipoint
or physical interfaces.
Regards,
Steve
