I agree. I think they forget to put it in. Here is my solution for dlsw
on R4.
netbios access-list host r4 deny C???
netbios access-list host r4 permit *
!dlsw local-peer peer-id 15.15.4.4
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 15.15.3.3 lf 1500 host-netbios-out r4
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 10.1.10.8 lf 1500 host-netbios-out r4
