Example is if you have switch 1 to switch 2 to switch 3. Switch 1 needs
say vlan 10 because certain ports on on it. Switch 2 might not have any
ports associated with VLAN 10, but switch 3 does have ports associated with
VLAN 10. Thus you need to be sure that switch 2 doesn't prune any of the
VLAN's so that VLAN 10 can be propegated to switch 3.
