It sounds like you would have one point-to-point and one multipoint on the
hub router.
On the spoke routers you would have a single point-to-point interface or
just use the main interface.
Assuming that you have a hub router and then R2, R3 and R5 were the spoke.
You would meet the two subinterface requirement by doing a point-to-point to
R2 then a multipoint to R3 & R5.
