I thought that no-redistribution will prevent Type 7
being sent into NSSA which is by default.

Source wants Type 7 to type 5 conversion prevention
which is taken care by "no-advertise" option .someone
correct me if i am wrong.this way Type 7 will be
redistributed into NSSA but prevent it from going as
Type 5.

Is that what u are also looking for Christian ? or
have i understood it wrong.
