Dalhousie University has a very good reputation. They have an engineering
and law program that is very well respected worldwide.
The CCIE lab in Halifax is part of the facility (http://www.tara.ca) where
the program is offered. I beleive thay some of the Cisco lab folks also
teach in the program as well. So it must be good enough for Cisco to get
involved.
Two of my coworkers have completed the program and they were both very
pleased with it! I've considered doing it myself in another year or two.
