What u want do is advertise a type 7 lsa into the
backbone area

That is u have three area

             area 1 area 0 area 2

          R1-----------R2-----------R3----------R4

your R1 is a ASBR in area 1 and R2 is the ARB for area
1

and R4 is a ASBR in area 2 and R3 is the ABR for area
2

area 1 is a NSSA so it will not receive the E2 routes
that
are being redistributed by R4 into the OSPF network

area 1 has a internal ASBR that is redistributing
external
routes into the area , it can only do this by the type
7 LSA coz type 5 Lsa are not allowed in NSSa area

the R2 the ABR of area 1 will convert this LSA into
type 5 and inject it int area 0

u cannot have type 7 LSA to be injected into the area
0
coz it is a LSA that can only be advertised into NSSA
area and canot Leave the are and go out of it

and area 0 can never be stub or NSSA

but if the R2 router was a ASBR & a ABR to area 1
u can stop advertising LSA 7 generated by R2 in area 1
by using the command
area 1 nssa no-advertise

These networks will still appear in area 0 as E2 or
E1

and the router in the area 1 will be using the default
route to get to these
Networks that are being redistributed by R2 as LSA 5
into the area o
