I don't think so. Your example said that you are going to redistribute
from another routing process with what ever parameters that you set may
suit for a particluar conditions.

In your example, the bandwidth is 10Mbite ethernet speed, the total
delay 1000 us.There are some basic guide, you have to watch the
bandwidth along the path and total delay (for the case of IGRP), pick
the lower badwidth for bandwidth, add up the total delay as delay
times. ( you may pick the lower bandwidth a long the igrp path and total
delay of the IGRP path to ensure that what ever redistributed will not
be better than any route learn from this routing process)
