I don't know if this will work, but you can try it.
1. In the registry HKLM\software\ms\ie4 setup make sure the install
directory is set to c:\program files\interent explorer and not
%program files%\internet exploror.
2. Remove the application and then install to a new directory c:\cisco2
3. When it asks about your default browser, let it scan the disk.
4. This should work.
