Hi,

I had the very same problem if u see my post some
15-20 days ago.I was ugrading 2514 to 12.0 code and
was getting Parity errors.Changed memeory and then was
getting "Invalid checksum" error.

I tried diffrent codes,different TFTP servers and even
diff interfaces on same router.I replaced Flash and
everthing worked just fine for me.

Hope it is the same problem and this helps u.

Note: The same Flash was working with 11.3 code and
there was no problems.Only with upgrade it did not
work.
