When downloading an IOS image with tftp, always make sure
it says OK at the end when it checks the checksum.

You probably have network problems. Either use a cross-
over ethernet cable or someway isolate your 2500 and
tftp server.

Also, the cisco tftp server sucks. It can never seem to
complete a large IOS transfer. Use Pumpkin or Solarwinds,
those two are the best and they are free. This is an
absolute must if you do much with over 10 MB images.
