Help! Saving my router

Dear All,

I got a wounded 2611 router, its config register may be revised by somebody.
The symptom is

1. It can boot and shows the booting message on the normal 9600/8/N/1
console.

2. It has NO response when you hit the keyboard

3. There is also no reaction when you try to CTRL+BREAK when it is booting

4. You can access it by AUX port, but only User Mode. It says "no enable
password set" when you try to enter Privilege Mode.

5. I have tried alternative CON setting such as speed and stopbits but
failed.

6. It does have configuration in its NVRAM.

Can anybody save my poor router?
