I see a potential problem with the address of 135.3.2.70 /30

Then the network statement is 135.3.2.70 0.0.0.3 I would thing the
boundary is at 135.3.2.68 and maybe the router is getting confused.

Also try addressing this issue and for arguments sake make the
statemenet

net 135.3.2.70 0.0.0.0 area 33

HAve not tested it myself, but I just like to be clean bout my
configs... either use the subnet / reverse mask properly or make it amn
EXACT match...

Let su know what you find.
