Hi Joseph,
I've recently used LLQ for a VOIP project to provide QOS (Marking and classific
ation) to ensure giving priority to voice packet.
So far as compared to using other method such as setting IP Precedence, RSVP, R
TP priority, priority and custom queuing,
using LLQ seems to provide better results.
This is my experience with LLQ.
Regards,
Ivan

Subject: OT: Your opinions on LLQ
Group:
This is OT, and more for a real project I am working on. Do any of you have
experience with LLQ (aka Priority Queuing/Class Based Weighted Fair
Queuing)? I am considering using it for a unique prioritization scheme that
seems to be getting more complex the deeper I get into it. I am looking for
opinions on how well it has worked for you, if there were any bugs, issues
or other problems, or any other info you might be willing to share. I won't
go into the details of my project, but I think I have a good grasp on what
LLQ can do and am just looking for "real world" feedback.
Thanks in advance,
Joe
