Hi Gavin:

   My suggestion is that if your router has sufficient
flash & DRAM load the version 12.1(5)T10
The IOS version with T is usually better since it has
more features (as a result usually takes more space
than its GD counter parts).
Version 12.0(7)T was the best IOS to use to study
prior to November, so if your router doesn't take the
latest 12.1(x)T then go to the next step down
12.0(7)T.
