I get that all the time on my 3000 router, and it hasn't seemed to hurt
anything yet. What kind of router and what interface?

My line protocol keeps going up and down constantly. I finally rebooted
the router and see this

SYS-3-BADRESID: Clock hardware returned bad residual 0
