I'm thinking about creating a loopback interface and inject the route for Diale
r-Watch to monitor
during off-hours. This way we can fool the Dialer-Watch thinking there's still
 vaild route. I dont
know if the distribute-list would work with time-range access-list and I dont k
now if there are
routing protocols will work with time-range distribute-list.
