Look at the VA web site again, this became effective on 1 Mar 01 not 02. You
should be good to go.

Anybody have Lab dates in the begining of March to trade with a lab
date for FEB 9 2002. On the cisco web site I found out that you can use
your GI bill for the CCIE exam effective MARCH 1, 2002. Thats a lot of
money for me so I just thought it would be nice to swap to use this benefit.
