I have one of each in my lab. The 4000-M is pretty good the DRAM and Flash are
the same as the 2500, you can go up to 32MB DRAM and 8Mb Flash (4+4). The 4000
has 30 Pin RAM and goes up to 16MB, the Flash is a daughter board but I don't u
se it, I boot from the TFTP server, the 4000 is my FR switch.
